あの時は一方的にアタシの勘違いでした。

その節は申し訳ございませんでした<(_ _*)> 。

今回炎上(*｀д´)b NO!の対象はBath and Body Works。　

『Buy 1　Get 2 Free　1個買えば2個付いてくる　さらに送料無料　やっほい！』

というおいしいオンラインのキャンペーンがあったのでボディーローション3本を注文しました。4本まとめて10㌦のハンドソープも安かったので、ついでに注文。

頼んだ商品は約1週間後届きました。

ダンボールを開けるとそこには、3本＋1本。
え？

『足りなくないかい？数・・・。』
4本まとめて10㌦のハンドソープが1本しか入って無いじゃん！　別便で配送するとも書いてないし・・・。 3本足りなーい！

炎上！(*｀д´)b NO!　

アタシ：”頼んだものが入ってなかったんだけど、どういうこと？アータ！”

カスタマーサービス：”申し訳ございません。こちらの手違いかと思われます。すぐに足りなかった商品の手配をいたします。”

アタシ：”良し良し。それで良いの。"

その後、以下のe-mailが届きました。

Thank you for your call regarding our 4-Pack Anti-Bacterial hand soap promotional offer. We apologize for any concern this matter may have caused. We are submitting a separate order for the missing soaps. You will receive a separate email confirmation containing a new order number.
You will notice your confirmation indicates 4 soaps have been ordered for $10. Unfortunately, these will arrive in 2 packages due to a technical error on our website. Please be advised you will receive a total of 4 soaps with 1 charge of $10 and no additional shipping charge will be incurred.
You will receive a second order confirmation when the second package ships. Please disregard the shipping charge you see on this second confirmation as you will not incur any charge for this second package.
We apologize for any inconvenience. We hope you will continue to enjoy your favorites from Bath & Body Works. If we can do anything else for you, please feel free to reply to this email or call us at 1-800-756-5005.

入っていなかったハンドソープ3本は”due to a technical error on our website　ウェブサイトの技術的エラーの為”に別々の配送となり届くことになったらしいです。 まあ2個のダンボールに分かれていようが、要するにちゃんと物が届けばいいのよ。

1週間後、Bath and Body Worksから3個のダンボールが届きました。ん？3個？

ダンボール１箱にハンドソープ1本づつ入ってるの？

開けてみました。

1個目の箱には　ハンドソープが1本。

2個目の箱には　ハンドソープが2本。

3個目の箱には　ハンドソープが3本。

以前届いていたハンドソープ1本と合わせて合計7本のハンドソープが並びました。

ウェブサイトの技術的エラーだか何なんだか知らないけど、4本が7本に増えるなら当方は全く問題ございません。
