わんこ：　『おまえさん、寿司小国人か？』

婆：　『当たり前だろ、肉まん大国人に見えるか？（ケンカ腰）』

わんこ：　『すまん。　念のためにな。　肉まんとキムチが多いもんでな。』

婆：　『おお、そういうお前も寿司小国犬か？』

わんこ：　『凛とした品格が漂っているだろうが。（キリッ！）』

婆：　『うむ。　確かに。　お互い異国の地で寿司小国人（犬）として誇り高く生きて行こうな。』

わんこ：　『もちろんだ。　お天道様が見ている。』

Fatemehの娘Roshiが、Palo Altoの自宅を”寿司小国人”に貸したいので、誰か見つけてけろーと頼まれました。　2人の子供がサンフランシスコで暮らしているので、自分達も近くに引っ越すようです。

子供達が育った思い出の詰まった家だから、大切に使ってくれる寿司小国人に住んでもらいたいのだそうです。

My house was built in 1940. The lot size is 5600 Sqft, house Sqft is 1724, but we also converted our garage to another room. That's additional 320 Sqft. We park our cars in driveway or street.
There are 4 bedrooms, 5th room can be TV room or office. Living and dining rooms. Two full bath and a powder room.
I haven't figured out the rent yet. I prefer to rent furnished but I can consider to rent empty if the situation requires. I assume the rent would be in the range of $7000-$9000 a month.
School district would be:
Walter Hays (Elementary) Jordan (Middle school) Paly ( High school) .
